This website uses no cookies and no analytics. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address and time.

The app: what is processed where

On your iPhone

Your profile, training plan, training log, food preferences and body data (for example height, weight, sex) are stored on your device. If you allow Apple Health, the app reads workouts and, if you choose, height and weight.

Chat with Laura (AI)

Only with your consent: your messages go to our server in the EU (AWS Frankfurt) and to Amazon Bedrock in EU regions, where an AI model by Anthropic writes the reply. With each message we send your coming training week, recent sessions, goal and what Laura remembers. This can include information about your health. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app. Laura is an AI and does not replace medical advice.

Community

Only if you use Community (18 and over): sign-in with Apple, your display name, your friends and the sessions you choose to share are held on our server in the EU. How a session felt, pain, weight, heart rate, location, pace and your plan are not shared. Reports are reviewed for moderation. You can delete your account in the app.

Devices and services you connect

If you connect an account such as Garmin Connect, we receive your activity and health data with your consent, to adapt your training and to send workouts to your device. You can disconnect at any time.

Device checks and abuse protection

To protect our servers we use Apple App Attest to verify that requests come from the genuine app, and we store a device ID and usage counters.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive payment details.

Legal bases

Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR; for health data, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (consent).

Recipients

Amazon Web Services (hosting and the Amazon Bedrock AI service, EU regions) and Apple. We do not sell data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Retention

Server logs are deleted after 14 days. Community data stays until you delete it or your account. You can export and fully delete the data on your iPhone in Settings.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to sales@roqo.ai.
